Keeping the tax livestock securely in the compounds of the ruling classes is a 3 phase process:

1. Indoctrinate the young through government 'education'.

2. Turn citizens against each other through the creation of dependent livestock. People on the payroll of the government will defend the existing hierarchy and thus attack those that point out the violence hypocrisy and immorality of human ownership.

3. Invent continual external threats so that the frightened life stock cling to the protection by their farmers (ruling class).
