Thank you. It’s taken me over a decade to learn this. Coming from a family with hard addictions, being born with substance abuse, and abusing hard, and all kinds of substances from far too early in my life for a long period of time. Lost both my bio parents within weeks of eachother a few years back. Now I’m 15 years sober from hard drugs. Stronger then ever, but humble enough to know that one can always fall back.
