If anyone knows how to do such a simple and obvious thing as check an incoming XMR payment by subaddress in monero-wallet-cli (I hate this shitty piece of software) please, let me know.

I think what you'd want is a monero-wallet-rpc (comes with the CLI). Or use monero-ts to set a listener and trigger some business logic... I can assist you if you want :)
