Yea…been awake since about 1am.

No bueno!

I’m debating between getting out of bed to do something…

Then take a nap later?

Or somehow force myself to sleep and just wake up this afternoon.

Oh, no. Sorry to read that. That is no bueno!

Sometimes I just get up and do something simple, then go back to bed. Sometimes your body needs the reset of getting into bed again.

It's part of keeping good sleep hygiene.

Bed = time for sleep.

I was able to salvage the night.

Although it isn’t perfect it’s enough to not need a nap today.

I’m probably going to take it easy today though. Maybe run some local errands then watch a ball game with the family tonight instead of hitting it hard working.
