It is just a temperature controller connected to an old desk light with an incandescent bulb for heat. The controller unit is put into the counter and the probe from it goes into the oven. I set the temp between 78* - 80*F to use during the fermentation/rise stage of beard making. Just a good method I found for keeping a constant temp.

The controller cost about $30CAD and the light I had.
