It feels like we’re building infrastructure. When i was fixing water pipes in Indonesia I would come across all sizes of pipes, British, Japanese, French, Dutch measurements. It all still works and sometimes small parts are improved or changed. Important is the backward compatibility of all new pipes. Connectors were the key here. Now let’s see what’s spin up on these protocols. The information is the water, the protocols are the pipes. Who is able to connect most of the water to their infrastructure?
