So Coinbase holds the private keys to MicroStrategy's Bitcoin. MicroStrategy cannot move their BTC without Coinbase's approval?

So if the strategy of a bond buyer is to “long the bond and short the stock” how might that be impacting MSTR share price? Does it impact the bitcoin price at all?
