ok if I’m following, then I think the answer is no, censorship resistance and safety are not incompatible.

Censorship resistance in a publishing platform guarantees access and the ability to publish, not that anyone is required to see or listen to you. The same moderation tools blue sky is building can be built and used by anyone who wishes to do so nostr.

I don’t follow. Automated moderation would be done client side, not by relays.

What is considered “safe” is up to an individual, not any group
