Sometimes there's a related topic for them to explore that will greatly benefit their journey. Sometimes the discussion turns into a whole new brainstorming session around their ultimate desire. Afterward, I can feel them buzzing with energy and ideas; see the wheels turning in their head. That gets me so stoked.
