Our money is so fucking broken.

Just landed in Bali. Had an iced coffee. Made with shots of espresso.

It cost me approx 1 USD.

For me it highlights not only that the money is broken but industry in general. When producers and merchants can transact directly, consumers benefit. Particularly true for the food/ beverage industry.

The biggest middle man here is the government. Inflation (government theft) is the biggest driver of price increase. Closely followed by corporate greed
