When I moved out my mom gifted me with one, it’s honestly all I use to cook with.

What’s your opinion on stainless steel?

I used stainless steel until around 2015. I've been a cast iron maxi since then.

I just made pizzas tonight in the trusty ole cast iron. Deep dish with a crispy crust! Nom nom nom.

Omg I’ve gotta try that. There’s really nothing you can’t make in it. My favorite is a nice wild caught salmon.

Thank god my parents never trusted non stick.
