I used stainless steel until around 2015. I've been a cast iron maxi since then.
I just made pizzas tonight in the trusty ole cast iron. Deep dish with a crispy crust! Nom nom nom.
Omg I’ve gotta try that. There’s really nothing you can’t make in it. My favorite is a nice wild caught salmon.

I only use my cast iron skillet on special occasions/holidays. Too many extra steps to clean one. I like being able to throw my pots and pans in the dishwasher.
