I don't think scammers like Madoff, Carlo Ponzi or that Friedbank guy should be in prison, people fall for their lies. The problem are those people believing it, they must lose their money and learn, so they improve their behaviour and study or investigate a bit more before investing, same thing about shitcoins. I was a shitcoiner before, I got scammed a few times in life, lost money in the stock market with a few bad stocks and projects, but I never ran to the state like a baby because of my poor decisions.
