You can't compare rape with scammed people, there's no consent in rape, in scams the scammed people gave total consent with their money.

People that fall into scam we're not forced to fall into it, there's free will about it. There's no free will in rape.
But there is no free will in getting scammed. They wanted to invest and get rewarded. No consent on being scammed here.

Or another example: When you die in a car accident because you walked on the street you did not give consent to a car killing you, or did you?

Your first comparison was rape, there's no free will to the victim of rape.
