I just watched this guy talking about how much $ musicians/artists on music streaming platforms. All I kept thinking was, this is old hat… He should talk to nostr:npub18gp8p84hjmjh9zejdlyqqcg22sj6x3qra0q2ng4v6cxxg95sav8q0mcg5e and nostr:npub19ha7tju4teqp3dmwv4p28wrcy9zd6h6hxkg5mwvjrlfycweazpkse2q0fa they’re playing music, paving a new way and getting those #sats #bitcoin to directly to the artists and musicians.

Rick Beato is a good dude - somebody that we need to somehow bring into this movement. Everything he says there regarding the MLC, songwriter splits, publishing etc., is spot on. Spotify is a big black box. Artists are sick of it and the backlash is growing. V4V and BTC can solve these issues, but we all need to help grow the audience. Artists like nostr:npub19r9qrxmckj2vyk5a5ttyt966s5qu06vmzyczuh97wj8wtyluktxqymeukr, nostr:npub10rvfdpn0pn2rrju8lszql4ucgzu7gpkf43vvu0tpnhpaguwdzgeqhyg2rr have proved this works.
Rick's channels is great and many of his videos have been shared in the PC 2.0 community over the years as we were trying to get music figured out. Now how do we get Adam Curry on his channel?
Its hard to grow the audience when so many in the bitcoin space keep dropping the ball. There was a lot of talk at Bitcoin Atlantis about V4V and music but when it came time for the live concert they put on, there wasn't even a mention of streaming it live. We've got nostr:npub18gp8p84hjmjh9zejdlyqqcg22sj6x3qra0q2ng4v6cxxg95sav8q0mcg5e who is hell bent on making live V4V concerts happen and that's were I'm focusing my attention. Sorry for the rant :)
I too like Rick Beato he is great, he certainly seems like an open minded sort of guy that could get behind music 2.0
