He blocked thousands out of ‘love’ so I’m assuming Odell falls right in that category of people he blocked.
The guy is a character he plays on YouTube. Some of his interviews are interesting, but I saw right through his gimmick years ago.
I’ve only watched a few of his interviews. I’ve only thought about the guest/topic and not spent much time thinking about him as a person. I tend towards ambivalence with anyone with a public profile. It’s hard to judge a person’s character based on snippets.
The fact he switched from emacs to Vscode is a canary to demonstrate he is compromised.

I saw his Instagram post yesterday about going to Israel and willing to do anything for peace with the Israeli's & Palestinians and it was super cringe. I like the guy enough though, I think he really means the best but his presentation is sometimes off-putting. I imagine he'll change as he gets older.
