I am very partial to Coldcard. I still have my mk3 and I use it airgapped with sparrow wallet.

If you're a tinkerer, the SeedSigner is great. Or the Specter DIY. Don't keep your cold hodl bitcoin on a device. Stamp it into steel and have your devices forget every time they shut down.
