That means the client couldn't verify it for some reason. Might be transient. On my client, your NIP-05 is not struck through it's fine. There is a setting coming that will let you set how often to recheck the nip-05 if it is struck through. Rignt now I think it's every 8 hours or something, and the default is changing to 30 minutes. If you click the name and choose "Update Metadata" it might check again (I'd have to trace the code to be sure).
