I would probably pick The Netherlands or maybe Finland. I haven't been to Finland, but I have friends there and have seen a lot of photos videos, in addition to hearing about the culture. It sounds pretty good to me. I've been to Amsterdam 5 times, and a absolutely love it. I've also travelled to Rotterdam, and some destinations in the countryside. Absolutely beautiful country, and the culture is fantastic. I love everything about it. So, those are my two picks.
