What's the biggest stablecoin use case you’ve seen that is NOT exchange or trading related? Lots of theoretical use cases, but I’m having trouble finding any real numbers. #asknostr $boost

I think a temporary SoV without the volatility of BTC is probably the main use case. As far as finding numbers on this. I have no clue where to begin looking.
