I’ve been enjoying the experience lately. Great way to center the mind and recharge

Anybody use it as a means to meditate? Guided/unguided?

The man that survivalist Tom Brown calls 'Father" probably knows all about this.

"Father" passed away, but Tom Brown is still around.
