The one where thr lady tried to run over them and got shot?
I'm sorry, but government agent or not, if someone is driving their vehicle at me, strikes me, and then tries again? I'm shooting.

He positioned himself in front of her car, against their training from what I am aware.
Woman is driving at a snails pace
If you look at the car on the right from the footage, it has it's door open, fully extended, and she has to swerve out to get around it, into the path of the man who is in no danger whatsoever, could easily have side-stepped, as he has enough time to draw, aim and discharge his weapon.
Takes another two shots from from the SIDE of the vehicle as it curves around, with absolutely no threat to himself to speak of.
Indefensible
I'm not one of these touchy leftist types either, just is what it is.
That being said, incredibley reckless of her to be all up in their shit.
I watched it myself just now. There was zero reason for any shots fired.
So you’re saying that after they approached her open window and told her to get out of the car, she decided that refusing the order and driving off was a better idea… and in doing so she then decided that she would rather drive towards an officer carrying a gun to avoid not damaging her car from an open door?
Seems smart.
Could the dude have jumped out of the way and let her speed off? Sure. Are you saying that is the only defendable course of action? Well then everyone might as well just speed away from law enforcement whenever they can.
She made the decision to drive off
He made the decision to kill her
Both aren't wise
One is clearly worse
Confidently ignoring the part where she made a decision to protect her car from damage by driving it towards a human ignoring the fact that human had a gun and was with the guy telling her to get out of the car.
I watched plenty of videos where people "flee and elude", most of em wayyyyy crazier than this shit, and they chase em, and pit em and arrest em. They dont bury a slug in their fucking skull.
How does this fucking shitshow help ICE with its mission?
What if six months ago you were dragged 300’ and almost killed by someone running you over? Maybe you change your attitude and shoot first and ask questions later.
The dude wasn’t prioritizing ICE’s mission, he was prioritizing seeing his family again.
It seems to me you’d prefer to incentivize more fleeing and eluding.
I sympathise with people working in stressful environments.
Stress should be constantly assessed to avoid situations like the one we are talking about.
If he wanted to see his family again, he could have taken a step to the right.
It seems to me you'd prefer to incentivize taking peoples head off their shoulders instead of taking a step to the right.
Now dad has to come home and explain to his wife and children how a car, that he made a decision to stand in front of ( against his training I'm presuming), moving at bumfuck mph, driven by a soccer mom, caused him enough terror to kill her.
And now his kids have to listen to "isnt your dad the guy who killed the lady?"
Okay dude.
Maybe the lady should have just sat in her car? Or maybe gotten out when asked? Or better yet, maybe considered not fucking driving into an active law enforcement enforcement area in the first place?
Next time you get ran over and dragged 300’ at work, let me know. You’re right, the dude has to deal with the consequences of his actions forever, and will relive the moment in his nightmares for his lifetime, and probably have to talk to his kids about it.
How about we incentivize people to fucking think about the consequences of their actions before making them. Because her actions lead to her family losing her and that’s not all on him.
Anyways, I just thought I'd share my thoughts. I think its indefensible.
The first shot I almost wouldn't have blamed you for. Shots 2 and 3, through her driver's side window, were murder. Also refusing to allow aid. Also the immediate smear campaign by the entire federal government to label a soccer mom as a terrorist so they don't have to deal with "one bad apple".
