Best thing I’ve done for my setup!

I don’t even own a chair 🪑

AD4K at this rate tbh

saylor would approve tbh

When I worked in IT support I loved it, because I was often moving between my desk and various workbenches in my office.

brev, i do most of my shit laying in bed, idk

mby lazy, but idk

This is the way.gif

It helps me a lot. I use a balance board, also. I thought I was doing something special until nostr:nprofile1qqsqzr0se9y0ax44f5kt06jzplaq34tetzvpkm4x36p64flt9hflqkspz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezumrpdejz7qg3waehxw309ahx7um5wgh8w6twv5hsz9nhwden5te0dp5hxapwdehhxarj9ekxzmny9ug20w7k started talking about his setup, too. But I also scored pretty high on the autism screening thing. 🤔

My wife complains that I stand too much. I would rather be on my feet most of the time.

maybe she's a switch

Yeah, that's why I have to stand. Not fidgeting takes up too much brain power.

i like leaning over a countertop when i need a change from being sedentary. that's my height preference. ive never felt natural in front of desks designed to be higher & idk it reminds me of a high tension moment at mission control or something. like you are standing cos you cant sit for this which stresses me out

i also have better light in the kitchen so resting my arms makes some sewing stitches more precise
