Czechs usually eat potato salad and a fish for a Christmas dinner. It sounds healthy, right?

But actually it’s a nutritionist nightmare.

Potato salad is drenched with mayonnaise and fish is fried in a breadcrumb.

And we eat gigantous portions of it. That’s why it’s common that we have to mix it in a laundry baskets because every possible bowl is just too small.

Here is the process up to one of the final product which is “chlebicek”. Kind of a one-sided sandwich with said salad, ham, cheese, sausage/salami and a pickle.
