You can run mint without a lightning node. Even custodial mixers are being hosted **anywhere** since years and being shutdown.

So what? Ecash mints should have more privacy and it's super easy to spin one up.

I don't need to play this stupid game. Self custodial wallets work for me.

No jurisdiction is **friendly** if the volume is significant enough, it will be a target.
