I mean, take today as an example...We all (myself included) obsessed over the banking crash, which is admittedly an ongoing thing and a big deal. But the moment trading was frozen, people went right back to talking about
We ought to be filling our minds, not with gossip, not with vague positivity and empty hope in the currency du jour, but with Jesus, history, survival know-how, pride in our heritage and in God's love for us, and all the great things our ancestors staked their entire purpose and meaning in life on.

I don't think he'd waste his time on the internet, just like he didn't (as far as we know) waste his time writing letters to people.
