Some of us are trying to Trojan horse the Dems assault on bitcoin.

I’m worried about your above scenarios too

Get enough typical Dem/left voters to open their eyes on bitcoin and stop believing Liz Warren’s lies, that’s better too

To be frank I have no confidence you guys will be able to reform a belligerent group of oligarchs hell bent on destroying American democracy and values.

Bitcoin is outlaw money of the base of the pyramid up…government policy toward Bitcoin is only marginally relevant. We only worry about it here because we’ve all had the cosmic luxury of never or very rather being in situations requiring using tools outside of the system

Also, I focus on orange pilling individual democrats / leftists / whatever label you want call it. Breaking through climate hypocrisy is easy - if someone is truly concerned about climate they can be lead to bitcoin in relatively short order.

However if they have accepted the death cult of anti-natalism, anti-civilizationism, nihilism, and 2+2=5 anti-truth, you probably cannot help them. They will ultimately have to free themselves. And not everyone will make it and that’s ok…

You talking about Dems or GOP? Bc they both trying in different ways lol

Anyway. I know dog. I genuinely believe bitcoin will win either way.

False equivalency. It’s dems that are the problem currently. It hasn’t been the gop for 20 years. They’re feckless.

When I talk to progressives/the left in life they think the GOP are destroying the world, their lives, and risking democracy

When I talk to the right, the opposite.

I think it’s an issue by issue conversation, and also depending on personal beliefs and politics. At some point it’s also a lot of agree to disagree.

There has not been unilateral dem control like that. Depends on context - branch of govt, state or federal, judges, issue, etc.

People also exist in their echo chambers and love to see even small bits of information that supports their already formed views. True objective conversation on the matter is incredibly difficult because the “thought leaders” would never budge

Only one of these things is true. You can both sides it all you want, but it doesn’t make it accurate.

Of the five or six levers of power that control how the world works, there hasn't been a right wing hand on any of them in the western world since FDR first took the oath of office.
