Sure it does. Type the npub into the search andfollow the profile
Search is on global page, 3rd icon down bottom

Hmmm. Weird. What is the npub you are searching for. Maybe npub is incorrect?
Wither way nostr.band is a good resource also in this case for searching and chdkcing
