having that issue with the TV right now.

It's terrible. Seems like a lot of people are starting to move on this one. If I'm ever offline for months on end, I've left for a flip phone.

it's just the past week. it's weird. but it's every time I turn it on. wanted to watch football. that was better than that severance show on apple TV. that show gave me a headache within 20 minutes.

I live in a cold region so it might be a built up lack of real sunlight. Unsure though. All I know is that these things are bad and I've only started to notice the extent. They probably affect people way more then we think, like that Jack Kruse guy says.

that's an interesting theory. I will test it out tomorrow as i plan to be outside for a while.

Will do. But it comes quick - it's just a low amount, so typically I don't notice unless I'm being intentional

Probably change the blue light settings too, or get filters.

I'm going to get the glasses. I use the most aggressive red shift that I can 80% of the time, but I don't think it does enough.
