Ignorant or lying? Bitcoin fixes this and it makes no sense to not utilize it. Probably he is somewhat ignorant to what it is and how it really solves the problem and lying because he likely understands enough to know it at least COULD solve the exact thing he is talking about.
The fact that so many influencers who are vocal anti-CBDC immediately complied with twitter identity verification and continue to defend their decision is an incredibly interesting case study on the human condition.
