Might be a good idea to set up a Gitea mirror of your favorite open-source projects.

You can bump the transaction fee by creating a CPFP transaction from the receiving wallet.

But it did for a while, and to your grandchildren that will be legendary.

The only reason to buy a windows laptop is to format the hard drive and install Linux.

If i set up a public relay and you connect to it and post to it, who owns the data that you posted?

Air travel used to be exciting and fun. Now it is one of the most awful and dehumanizing experiences.

Too bad there aren’t many alternatives.

Our problem is that our time preference is so high that we value getting there quickly over anything else. If you could afford the time, many continental destinations are available by car and train. It’s still possible to cross the Atlantic by ship (they call it a cruise).

I imagine traveling on airships in the early 20th century must have been magical.

I miss the days when I could just send my kids a few sats to their on-chain wallets.

I am setting it up with LNBank on BTCPay Server. However, in light of recent revelations, I am rethinking this decision.

Managing a lightning node in Uncle Jim mode is no joke.

Ain't twitter grand!

LOL I just paid $230 for a minivan battery.

Probably more than the $230 I just paid for my Honda Odyssey battery.

Trying to pay my kids their allowance in Bitcoin is pretty much impossible right now.

I closed my Ligtning node a while ago, so I have no self-managed Lightning channels. Opening one is an option, but it's very expensive.

Opening a new Lightning wallet in Phoenix or Zeus would cost more than I want to pay them.

No good options.
