Weird that the gov is 1) hanging onto this coin forever instead of auctioning it like they did in the past .. 2) that they'd move this smaller amount (in proportion to the total) to an exchange.

Maybe it's just for custody or maybe they plan to sell low for a round of max pain? Or maybe they're just buying USDC with it for those sweet yields 😂
