Strike if you don't care about privacy and you have time (there will be no fees), otherwise probably use a service like boltz.exchange

I once had to transfer from WoS, which is expensive, so I transferred to Phoenix Wallet first.

My only gripe is that they resize your channel so I had to buy back the liquidity... still cheaper than WoS

I use muun wallet. You can receive/send Lightning & on-chain sats. You can choose the on-chain fees, they don't take extra fees or they are so low then i didn't realize.

The only downside it's they are using submarine group transactions, for example you choose 10 sat/vB they can group more transactions and pass yours in a 8 sat/vB. So it can take few more blocks to validate

I typically use https://boltz.exchange/ but would like to try nostr:npub15369wu3wzzar5fclhecyqfv683x69n6nhlg7rxqnsg2dydgxflpq3apswl for this as it should be cheapest and non-kyc.
