I used an app and it had a 20 hour fast option so I just went for that. Easing into it. Will do 48 hours and more eventually.

It's called "fasting tracker" lol.. i know.. original. I just downloaded the first 3 apps I saw and the other 2 wanted email auth and I said no thanks. This one has ads on the free version but I can deal with that.
