GM. Why does it have to be so painful to upload a gif or mp4 to Nostr? Am I missing something here?
Finally get around to next level media making and it’s like hell to even begin —-seems my only options are PAY in Sats or ….what else???? Are you really holding my creativity hostage right about now??

What client are you using? I regularly upload videos with Amethyst without issue.
Nostr.build has free uploads up to 100mb as well as larger if you get a paid account 👍
Sadly as a so called Canadian using Apple I am limited to Primal — where I cannot use the wallet as a Canadian —so I also use Damus for zaps ⚡️ and other functions
Nostr.build has a web page you can use on any os. I believe it is supported in Damus as well. Primal locks you into their own media storage I believe.

lol… sorry to disappoint but the UX of any software— including creative software has been lacking in it’s ability to allow for creative FLOW forever— this includes popular software like Adobe and Canva — never mind social networks—- whether centralized or decentralized — so there is that …🤔😂🤣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
