You very much are though & you demand, that people like me do not get certain jobs or into colleges because we must promote pocs with worse academic records (doesn't feel very nice btw)

Then why do pocs not perform better even if they are bussed to fancy schools and free textbooks?

Why do they not perform better in their own countries?

Funny how the low percentage of applicants that get approved for DEI are always demonized, or insulted like they aren’t actually qualified. Where’s your proof?

Why is it that we never focus on the rich who pay their way in or get in through legacy admission because their father or mother went there. This is far more problematic and takes away a lot more seats than a small amount of DEI candidates. Yet again we ignore the elite and focus on those who look different than us and just assume they couldn’t possibly have deserved it more than me, or they didn’t actually earn it.

The proof is that they need DEI to get hired?

We 100% should look at those cases as well 👍

You're incorrect. You're assuming they need DEI because they aren't qualified, and that makes you feel better. The reality is even if qualified they get rejected at a disproportionally higher rate, and as previously stated businesses and colleges were given the opportunity to hire based on merit, and proved they couldn't be trusted to do that.

Racism and bigotry still exists, and people still judge based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, etc. just because you aren't experiencing it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. POC and women would also love to not have to rely on DEI programs and just be judged based on the quality of their work.

DEI literally means hiring someone despite worse credentials?

You have 0 proof that they were rejected because of their race and yet you feel comfortable to accuse all white people of being racist - that's kind of racist my friend so I guess I do experience it quite a lot actually all my life to be precise..
