I'm a pandemic joiner. I never thought I would bake bread, but I really like it. I haven't made a loaf in a while and I really need to.
did you save your starter?
Yes, it hangs out in the fridge. I feed it a couple times before I want to make a loaf to get it really active. I haven't had any troubles with it so far...knocks wood.

I bake sourdough for the communion bread at my church and also for myself and friends to eat.
