Wish people talked about this more before the Samourai takedown

People are talking about Monero for years, but "Bitcoiners" / undercover Feds want you to dismiss it as just another shitcoin.

Privacy and centralization are not absolute binary concepts though.

What's the problem with centralized privacy?

It's only a matter of time before they start tracking you. Either for profits or because of laws and regulations. And when they do, if you can't easily move out, you will accept a less private environment.

What category does Wasabi's coinjoins fall into? Each coinjoin round has a centralized coordinator, but discovery of coordinators is decentralized using Nostr 🤔
