They can be a little strong, but I prefer its almost chocolate thickness over the acid hipster coffees anytime 😀

That is the Robusta in the mix. I believe it uses the 80/20 ratio. And yes, tell me about it. I hate sour coffee; very, very much. So Vietnamese coffee is just great, and for traditional coffee, I like the Italian Saquella Caffè. It's proof that Arabica doesn't have to be acidic.
Have you had it traditionally with sweet condensed milk, or just plain? I kinda dig the pure cup, but the ritual with the milk (and ice in the heat waves) is just too good to skip.
We both had condensed milk. Without it that would be brutal on the taste, there was nearly same amount of water as coffee👀 Ah, what a place. I was sold on bun-cha since BTC Prague and now this. 🙏
You should try Bún bò Nam Bộ too, it has no right to be so tasty when there are so many grated vegetables you could consider it eating healthy food 😅
