Anyone that try’s to stop you from keeping it, or has already taken it. If your defense is good enough, you should never need to take it back.

It's a trick question since it's internal. No one can "take it" without killing me. Even then, I'm not sure.

I would say that it is exercised and defended... "Taken" gives the impression of "stolen" or worse, yet a limited resource with artificial scarcity...
