Absolutely. And it’s moronic.
I can see how some bitcoiners can be drawn to it but yeah, doesn't stand up to scrutiny.
But is it?
Yeah, everyone's idea of what's rational is different. Covid showed us that a good number of "normal" people are willing to risk the long term health and well being of their children to remain in good social standing with their in-group.
Financial incentives won't be enough. You need the right culture.
But is it?
