Thanks! One book that helped early on is Eastern Body Western Mind.

Being in nature in silence (no phone, no talking, etc) allows one to get quiet enough to reset naturally and access what we already have inside of us.

It’s not reading that’ll wake one up. Big phase of not being able to read, actually. But can listen. And be.
