Never had water in my ear this bad, how tf i get it out?

A water drop from your finger tip into the ear
thank you, seemed to initially work but the water like settled again. Ive now tried it about 10 more times with no luck 😠suppose ill just need to sleep with this ear on the pillow and hope it drains out overnight. Hurts :(
Couple drops of 90% isopropyl alcohol. Feels weird but it will dry it up.
Last time that happened to me it went out on its own but took a few days.
