A few years ago my dad admitted to me that he struggled with reading as a child and never learned to love it. He was determined that I would have a different experience and set about finding ways for me to fall in love with reading and books. From reading bed time stories every night to buying me books and comics when I was sick.

It’s thanks to him that I love and breathe books now. Reading for me is an exquisite escape. I’m grateful to have the dad I have πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

I got it from my mother. She was always reading. Mostly romance novels. Dad's contribution was more technical. I'm a hybrid of the two. My Kindle is full of pulp and quantum physics. #readeveryday
