Just took my final pass through JoAnns. There were only a couple other shoppers and once I broke this ice (gee, this is so sad), we turned into a support group for each other, talked about our lifetimes of sewing and what JoAnns meant to us. On the plus side, I got a bolt of novelty cotton for $11 and a bolt of flannel for $10. Also, when I worked at Hancock Fabric, about 10 years ago, most bolts were an even 10yds. The bolts I bought today are 8yds.
