Not a great comparison since Bitcoin actually delivers results. Obviously, light plays a role, but it’s not more important than diet, as he says. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be fat. The 4-hour narrative about water and its molecular structure is entertaining, but a left-curve TikTok fitness influencer telling people to fast and eat less will deliver more value to the listener than jack.

It is more important. Guess where every food in existence comes from.

Gimme a 6 month experiment with twins eating the same shitty American diet, living near the same latitude and longitude. One spends all daylight time outside and the other is indoor 98% of the time under fluorescent lights gaming until 3am every night. (But still sleeping 8 hrs). I’ll bet all my Bitcoin that the outdoor one has better blood biomarkers at the end.

If the twin that’s outside eats like Kruse, you might lose all your corn.

The dude is fat, like almost obese. He either doesn’t do what he preaches (unlikely), or it is not as impactful as he thinks it is.

You can’t sunlight yourself into being in shape if you eat like a pig. Not staring at screens all day and getting outside is not a revolutionary idea that needs all these nuances.
