Yeah they are great! I never really liked mushrooms until I discovered these.

Those are the yummy bachelor friendly mushrooms. I like to break them up in small pieces just using my hands, drizzle them with olive oil and microwave for one minute, then I add it to noodles or top a pizza with it.
Yeah they are great. I usually just cook them in a bit of butter and olive oil and eat them with steak.

The prices aren’t actually that bad. Slightly more than at the big chain stores here but the quality is definitely better.

I’ve heard you can make fried Lions mane mushrooms that are real similar to fried chicken. Consistency and all, I think you can soak them in a broth so they are also juicy like fried chicken
They definitely have a more meaty flavour and texture than other mushrooms. I’ve only tried cooking them in a bit of butter and olive oil but I should look into other ways to cook them.
