Let’s be honest, the year is today and I have 20 different Nostr apps installed on my phone 🤣🤣🤣
The year is 2025.
I have 20 different nostr apps installed on my phone.
How am I managing my nsec between them all?

Haha nsec just pasted into all of them?
Ok maybe not quite 20 yet but way more than I need 😂 I test them first with a separate key that I only use for testing, so I don’t care if it gets compromised. If an app is interesting enough that I’d like to use it then I may add my nsec. I also like that a lot of them are web based apps because then I can just use my signing extension. I keep it set to ask for permission to sign every event so I know what the app is requesting. Im hopeful that we will see some easy to use signing apps based on the work Pablo is doing with nsecBunker and the new NIP he was writing to let one app sign for another.
Do you know what the new NIP is?
It’s NIP-46. Looks like it’s modifications to an existing NIP instead of a new NIP altogether. Hard to keep track of Pablo 🤣 I’ll link the note ID below.
