They might be right - I think there's a liquidity event coming (aka fire sale on all SoV assets).
When it occurs & how Bitcoin performs up to & during this event is unknown.
I'd rather be sitting in Bitcoin than holding cash & hoping for calamity.
Been orange piing a friend since 2015. Just this month as he saw Bitcoin headed back to ATH territory he said "you better be cashing out this time". I've tried so hard but there are no other seven words that describe my failure better.
That said of course we want to enjoy the fruits of our hard work and good fortune. Boring wrong with trading Bitcoin for other things if great value when the time is right.
But "cash out"? No.

Absolutely enjoy the fruits of labour, it wouldn’t be worth it if you didn’t. That looks different to everyone, and that’s ok!
