Today I was driving home from work on an old Kansas highway and out of nowhere my Tesla brakes and on my display there is an image of a person walking across the road in front of me. The self drive cameras saw a someone crossing the highway out in the middle of nowhere. But there was no person there. To my right is this cross to make the spot where this girl had died a few years ago. “Phantom breaking” is common with Teslas and has happened to me before but but usually it’s because it shows a phantom vehicle on the dash…this was kind of creepy.
